Hi there friends and family!

We have been busy since we arrived back in Mesa, AZ. Lots of things to do after being gone for 5 months. What an amazing summer it was! I do miss being on the road and exploring, but it feels good to settle back down in the house for the holiday and enjoying the weather and time with friends here in AZ.

I hadn't planned on taking a trip up to Seattle, but Nicole called to ask if I would come up for our family tradition of us girls getting together to bake Butter Kuchen for eating on Christmas morning. That will be another post shortly. Having to do the post between the wrapping, decorating, etc...Ho Ho Ho!

It was a beautiful afternoon on Thursday when I flew out. I had a window seat that provided me with a gorgeous view of Bryce and the Grand Canyon. Enjoy the view from my window seat! Stay tuned for more pics from my trip...

All of these pictures were taken on our Canon Point and Shoot. Great little camera!
