|Prince Edward Island is a beautiful, colorful place to visit. Their economy is based on both agriculture(mainly potatoes) and aquaculture (lobster, scallops, mussels). We ate lunch at a buffet that offered all of the above and desserts and salads galore. We took a bus trip around the island and got to dip our toes in the water at Cavendish Beach which has the red sandstone shoreline. We went into Charlottetown to visit Province House where the governing body meets and has met since 1847. We were entertained at the Anne of Green Gables musical and also by a local entertainer who sang for us at our pizza dinner. After dinner we had a bon fire and sat around and talked about the great trip that we had. The organzied tour ends here. However, we will continue to travel and report our adventures until we reach home the end of July.
