TRIP OF A LIFETIME III travel blog

We left about mid morning for Mira Loma. Mira Loma is a suburb of Greater Los Angeles and lies about 85 miles due east of Huntington Beach. We drove there for repairs to our coach. The Prevost Center is the west coast location for repairs to the coach structure. We had a severe air leak in the air seal surrounding our slide out room. Our coach would sag when parked and go out of level because of the leak. They worked from 1PM until 11PM to repair the seal. The seal is like a giant bike inner tube and surrounds the slide out room. The tube had a giant blow out. It was a manufacturing defect and covered by warranty or it would have been a giant expense. Our coach-Prevost-is now owned by Volvo and they are very good at standing behind their product. They had a very nice area where we could park and camp for the night. We had dinner at King's Seafood in the massively large Village Shopping Center in Mira Loma. It is an open air center about a mile square and has Macy's and all the major stores-it was very clean and hopping with shoppers on a Monday evening-no recession here.
