The previous week had been fairly quiet with the bad weather across the country. We did have one long day out to Barnstaple in North Devon. This was to get the tow system checked out as it didn't seem to work properly when we moved to Wareham. Turns out we had a faulty motor on the unit which was quickly replaced at no cost to us. Thank goodness!

We had also received a reimbursement cheque from Tiffin. We had sent them the invoice in December after the slide-out had been sorted clearly pointing out that the invoice was in British Pounds. Guess what they did? They sent us the actual figure on the invoice in US dollars! We contacted them again pointing out their mistake and even giving them the calculations based on the exchange rate. They promised another cheque would be sent for the difference. Do that know about International bank transfers! We wait and see if they get it right.

With most of the snow gone we headed to the nearby coastal town of Christchurch and enjoyed a pleasant wander around the town, the sheltered harbour and the Christchurch Priory. It was good to get out and about again.

We had heard from Gary that the HWH jack had arrived so we had organised for the following week to get it fitted.

Our planning for going into Europe was going well although it was often one step forward and two steps back. Our ferry is now booked for the 10 April and our first campground near Bruges, Belgium.
