Yum!

We left our camp site in Brookings, OR and headed on up the coast. We stopped at a few more lighthouses along the way. The first was Cape Blanco and we were excited to be able to go inside and get to the top. The prism is beautiful. The next lighthouse was Coquille and we toured through the Coastguard museum. They had several rooms set up in the way the coastguard lived and uniforms dating back to the 1930's. There were artifacts and handwritten logs to view. Umpqua Lighthouse was next and we were able to walk out on the jetty and watch the waves crash against the rocks. Our next stop was Eugene because I've wanted to eat at the Cornbread Cafe-100% vegan home cooking! It was delicious. We had tofu veggie scrambles, home fries, tempeh bacon, biscuits and gravy! Amazing! Next stop... Portland!!!!
