Tony spent a few days looking after Martin in Towcester while Heather sorted out things at the coach. On Thursday we headed south to Chichester ready to deliver the motorhome to Gold RV in Alton for the driver's side slide-out floor to be replaced starting on Monday morning.

After delivering the motorhome to Gold RV on the Monday we headed to Towcester. Tuesday saw us taking Martin for his fracture clinic appointment at the hospital. All looked good but he is to be in plaster and no weight bearing on the leg for the next four weeks. The new cast was lighter and so with crutches he is able to be more mobile.

We woke on Wednesday morning to the first snow of the winter and bitterly cold for the UK. It was very icy so walking Daisy we had to be very careful as we didn't want any more damaged legs! In the afternoon we visited our friends John and Pauline nearby who had just returned from a holiday in Florida. Oh for the sunshine and warmth!

An update from Gold Rv indicated they had made good progress on the slide-out but were still waiting for the replacement jack from HWH so it would be next week before we got the coach back.
