We drove to Walker and searched for a RV park. Not having reservations during the height of tourist season is not a good idea. Especially on the weekend. We finally found a place at the Marina on Leech lake, which is a little expensive, we just have to remember they call it a Resort not a RV park or campground.

Short Story.... The last 30 miles to Walker is a nice two lane road with a 60 mile an hour speed limit. We ended up in a line of traffic behind a 'Town and Country' driven by an old lady who would not go above 40 miles an hour. It took most of the 30 miles for us to get close to the front of the line. Went we got to the end of the highway you have a choice to turn left or right, OR go straight into a casino parking lot. Guess which way the little old lady went?

Tomorrow we are going in search of the beginning of Mississipi River.
