The bunnies were out playing after dinner last night

Keeping an eye on the seagulls enjoying whatever farmer Brown was furrowing up. He was on the tractor all day in that field.

All these glass houses belong to a bedding plant nursery at Lydiate.

We went 8 miles today, passing quite a number of narrow boats all heading towards Liverpool. Tied up at Burscough again and will be staying here till after the weekend. The Tall ship regatta is on in Liverpool this coming weekend so we are going to catch the train from here on Saturday and have a day out.

It's also a long weekend with Monday being a Bank Holiday, so the canal is going to be very busy if the weather stays nice and it's probably safer to stay put!
