Devonport to South of Hampshire
First 50km followed the coast west (enjoyable). Reached Burnie then the hills started straight away.
South of Hampshire to Roseberry
Made it to Queenstown, have been climbing and desending for 2 days. Weather is a lot colder and the terrain is the hardest that I have cycled so far.
Camped rough for the first two days.
Queenstown to Lake St Clair 90km
Rained all day. Cycled through the Franklin-Gordon National Park. Climbed to about 1000m and cycled three major climbs throughout the day.
Lake St Clair to Ouse 94km
Sharp hills and undulating all day

Ouse to Hobart 90km
Nice run into Hobart following the curves of the Derwent river
496km in 6 days
Will cycle again on Saturday or Sunday
Staying in a dorm above a pub in the center of Hobart, had two pints then had an early night.
Hobart to Tribunna 88km
Stayed at a great YHA (free cookies)
Tribunna to Freycinet National Park 82km
Camped out in the sticks
Freycient National Park to St Helens (via Falmouth) 88km

Camped in a free tent site
Derby to Scottsdale 34km
Started late and called it a day early
Visited the tin mine museum at Derby

Launceston to Deloraine 52km
Stayed at YHA (SPOT ON)
Deloraine to Devonport 50km
Stopped at a chocolate factory just outside Devonport (free samples). Staying at Molly Malones pub (7pound a night). Catch the ferry back to Melbourne, thursday night.
