In the USA 2016 travel blog

We found out that the Eastern entrance to Yellowstone was closed to normal traffic. The girl at the Visitors Centre showed us a picture of how snowed up Yellowstone was and suggested we drive to the southern entrance as that should be ok the next day. The weather was expected to get better.

That meant a long driving day to a town called Dubois. Not pronounced the French way of “Du-bwa”, but the bogan way of “Du-boyz”.

Along the drive, Tamara mentioned how nice it would be to experience the soft flurry of snow.

So, ask and you shall receive.

When we got to Dubois the clouds came over and we had snow! Twice.
