Confederation Bridge between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island

PEI Coastal view

PEI Coastal view

One of many churches

We found a campground near the Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island. It was Murray Beach Provincial Park New Brunswick. It was a beautiful campground but windy. We had a great view of the Northumberland Strait which is between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. We set up camp and headed over the bridge to see Prince Edward Island. We did not have enough time to see very much. We did go to the area that Anne of Green Gable was written about. Had a nice late lunch and got to see some nice coastline. We headed back to the bridge before it got dark. We found a ice cream shop(of course we did). We paid our $46.50 toll and headed back over the 8 mile long bridge. A small storm was happening as we started over and the wind was real strong. When we got back to the trailer we had strong winds most of the night.
