The Capper Nomads Europe Adventure travel blog

We left Hazel, Clive and Didi and headed around London and west to Southampton. We were going to stay at Tonys sister's for the week near Southampton in preparation for the arrival of the coach.

On our way to Linda's we stopped at a number of campgrounds close to London to see if we could find one suitable for visiting Hazel and tribe in the future. The first tow which were in our "Big Pitch" Guide were not in our view suitable but then we found the Lee Valley Regional Park campgrounds which could easily take our "Big Rig". The warden was very helpful informing us that they were going to be opening a further campground in June where we would deffinately not have any problems.

We then got on the road to Linda and Kevin's. The weather was horrible- wet and miserable. However we had a warm welcome at Linda's when we arrive just before six and had an enjoyable evening catching up on the news.
