Movie Clips - Playback Requirements - Problems?

(MP4 - 4.67 MB)

Today is day 2 for us.

Yesterday, after arriving at our hotel, having breakfast and a little rest, we headed to the Museum of Contemporary Art only to find it closed. So we went a-wandering around some sights such as the City Hall and China Town. We had a late lunch/early dinner on Olvera Street, an area that is full of Mexican shops and eateries. The food was awesome!

We are staying Down Town - probably not that touristy - but I really like it. It is very Latino.

One thing that jumps out at us here is the number of homeless people throughout the city. There are streets where they have set up little communities almost. Tents, shopping trollies... Very sad.

Today we went off to Disneyland. So much fun. I don't understand how it can be so crowded though, given it isn't school holidays time here. Anyway, despite the crowds, we had a good time. Wait times for rides weren't that bad. Only the Haunted Mansion has a really long wait time. Other than that, it was fine.

It was a full day, so we are now quite exhausted. Dinner is a packet of chips for me, and a packet of Twisties for Tamara. (We had very healthy salads for lunch, so that makes it ok).

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video... This was at the end of the Splash Mountain ride.
